Friday, March 13th at 5pm
Saturday, March 14th at 9am
Sunday, March 15th at 9am
Please note: Times are estimated and will be finalized after registration closes. Thursday games may be needed if registration demands.

Tentative Order of Play:
Friday: Singles & consolation
Saturday: Doubles followed by Mixed Doubles.
Sunday: Finals

Late registration will incur a $10.50 late fee and a $10.50 manual entry fee; inclusion is not guaranteed.

Events Offered:
Categories: U13 (born in 2014 or later), U15 (2012 or later), U17 (2010 or later), U19 (2008 or later), (Boys' Singles, Girls’ Singles, Boys' Doubles, Girls’ Doubles, Mixed Doubles)
Format: Junior Provincials - Single Consolation

Includes: Event t-shirt (select sizing during registration)
Awards for winners & runners-up in each category
Consolation event winners also recognized (excluding runners-up)

Junior Banquet: a Junior Player Awards Banquet is included in the fee and will take place on the Saturday night of the tournament.
This will take place on site at Prairie Badminton; guest tickets will be available for purchase during the registration process.
Guest tickets will be $31.50 per person including GST.

Eligibility:
Active 2025-2026 MBA Provincial Membership
Governed by Badminton Canada rules

NOTE: Any unpaid registrations will be removed prior to the creation of the draws.
Please contact the MBA office if you are having issues paying through the tournament registration site or renewing the proper membership.

MBA Sanctioned Event Policy:
Shuttles: Yonex feather shuttles provided
Attire: Indoor, non-marking athletic shoes and appropriate sportswear required
Availability: Participants must be available for the duration of the event and adhere to a 10-minute disqualification rule and a 2-minute warm-up rule
Coaching: Valid 2025-2026 MBA Coaching License & Respect In Sport required for field-of-play access.

Refund Policy:
No refunds for MBA Memberships or registration fees, except with a medical note or in the event of a family crisis
Terms & Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to waive any claims related to injury or damage and release the MBA and associated parties from any liability. Participants affirm they are in good physical condition and consent to the use of their name and image in promotional materials.

Scorekeeping:
As per Badminton Canada rules for Provincial level junior events players must take part in scorekeeping matches. After each match the player who lost will remain at that court to scorekeep the next match. Scorekeepers bring in the scorecard to the draw desk.
