Come and join the Winnipeg Winter Club for another great tournament! This tournament is competitive for badminton athletes of all levels because it has the triple knock-down format. There will be great competition in this badminton-specific facility, great prizes and great food.
Please indicate during registration if you require a partner and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Schedule:
Saturday - 9:00 AM: Singles followed by Mixed Doubles
Sunday - 9:00 AM: Doubles
Monday: 10:30 AM Finals
Refund Policy: Badminton Manitoba does not permit refunds of MBA Memberships or Tournament Registration Fees unless requests are accompanied by a medical note or immediate family crisis.
Availability: Participants must be available to play during the entirety of the events that they are registered for. MBA will not accept special requests for time, for any reason.
Due to speed of play being unpredictable, participants are asked to be ready a minimum of 30 minutes prior to their posted match. It is ultimately the player’s responsibility to be present for the start of their match.
The Tournament will enforce a strict 10 minute disqualification rule and 3-minute warm-up rule.
Clothing: Participants must have an indoor change of clothing and non-marking athletic shoes
Equipment: Participants must bring their own racquets
